i’m still doing it every other day, but i’m seeing some results. i’m at the point where my body feels comfortable with the work and it doesn’t feel like it’s working. sure enough though i’m at 207.
13 pounds for 2 months sounds kinda suck, but considering i don’t feel like a tub of goo and my pants are slipping off my ass i’m rather happy with the results.
i would recommend this work out even if you only do it once a week it should help.
