    i think every other day but my friend has good abs. And he said its 70% diet and 30%work so you have to get skinny before you get them.

    I’m all bones. I eat watever I want, except my tummy can’t take in all of them..even just my favorite mcdonald’s cheeseburger..i get full easily coz my tummy is hecka small. I’m asian btw.
