if you’re only 14-15 I wouldn’t worry just yet; your body probably hasn’t run its course in developing. Just eat properly and do any exercise that works out the chest. if you’re really worried see your doctor (i’m not a medical professional or anything).

depends how hard you do it. i downloaded a copy of the p90x ab ripper x, as of right now i do it twice a week.i would just do every other day, or if ur abs are still sore weight until they are healed and then work them again

I began to do the intensity routines you preach about after a gym workout and tires me up soooo bad man… you must be very right about that and I only started doing it with a bike, havent done what you say about statical moves.

hey buddy what you mean with tea rexx??? I’m from Spain and I don’t get it too well… do you mean red tea? a type of tea that drains you out??
I use it a lot too, but mixed with grean tea and other herbs cuz tastes like sh… but its true it makes you move!

@slim240293 ok i try to do 500 a day but sometimes i get lazy. i was talking to this guy i work out with and he said you should do it everyday because you are not lifting weights it its more like cardio. you think hes right

It depends of the intensity you work with. For example i work my abs like 7 minutes a day with several types of exercises. Althought i think the best way is to work them daily.
