These are great! Oh, it’s so hard to to keep yourself in shape…I really like these videos though; they really improve on things I already know.
When I bend my knees like that it sounds like someone crushing whole walnuts with a nut cracker. It is really loud, and my husband usually tells me to stop because the noise is a kin to fingernails on a chalk board. Ah! But I will try this exercise when alone. I need to get toned thighs!
haha wrong video for weight gain hun, but size 3 is’nt too small I wear a 3 aswell its pretty healthy if your like 5′4-5′7 In my opinion but I guess its a different story if your like 5′11 or something but this could help if you want muscle

@LandMproductions1011 well then lose weight. muscle for girls is good until you get too muscly and then it looks kinda manly and yuck.

For most women, bulking up would require using VERY heavy weight. what these exercises will do is promote lean muscle mass… also great for keeping weight off. I’m a personal trainer and workout with heavy weight several times a week… I am not bulky AT ALL. I have free exercise routines on my channel… please check them out
what cud i do at nite so i led on my side and raised my leg in the air i did 30 each leg ..also i cut down on sugary snacks and fats they go right 2 ur legs also drink more water instead of fizzy pop or cordial drink water follow the steps i sed and believe me u will have smaller thighs in a month or 2
right ppl i will tall u what u shud do for thinner thighs about 1 maybe 2 months ago i notced i had really big thighs and i wanted 2 do domet so i looked on net but cudnt find nothing really so this is what i did….monday wednesday friday and sundays i did squats like on this video with dumbells i did 30, break,30 break and a last 30…u will feel the burn..also i did skipping i did at least 100 jumps but i cudnt skip so i just jumped on the spot like i was skipping also at nite i was thinking

yeah how abt the tops of the thighs and also doing that exercise might be effect on my butt and side of the outer thigh??
That’s how to work the tops of the thighs, but what about the part where they touch in the middle? THAT’S the bit a lot of women want to change most!! Surely working the muscles in that area, and losing fat in general, soundsmore like the correct way to achieve thinner thighs?
use something heavy. maybe a gallon of water-not as heavy but it can work

I may be wrong, I’m not a professional.. but this exercise will only strengthen the muscle which will help the flab take more and more shape as you get stronger,.. but never forget about rule #1 CARDIO!!!!! Work your muscles but dont forget about your heart and lungs if you wanna burn some fat!
