if u think salt is good for you, take a tablespoon(or your daily intake) and take it on your tongue for 30 seconds. i do not believe that you think salt is good for you after you did that.
haha sorry about the bad news but even if u drink just water u wont be able to loose more than 250g fat a day because a pound of fat provides 3500 kcal. so if u loose 500g or 1000g that means u re loosing excess water. if u start eating any salt again u will gain the water back. theres no way around that, the body needs the water to dilute the salt, otherwise u would have severe damage from the salt intake.

I also think it is really helpful to continue with green juices your first week back on solid food. This helps with the transition, your alkalinity, sugar balancing and general satisfaction level.
