@ModBeatnikGirl BMI and body fat percentage are different. 15% is a very good body fat percentage.

@Anahellalina Love PITA pizzas – have you tried Josephs? They are only 70 calories, whole grains but might only be available in New England… you can look for a similar kind near your deli station
@supaflyflip No and No unless you are a male bodybuilder or your workouts are longer than 2 hours. Try to coincide a snack or meal to eat after your workout if you do strength train though. Include some protein and some complex carbs. Like an apple with a tbsp of peanut butter for a snack or for dinner some grilled chicken with quinoa and broccoli

My absolute favorite is the cookies from alternative baking co, i don’t eat them all the time, only as a reward. The only place i can find them is at planet smoothie. But as for meal, my favorite is a pita pizza made with a healthy home made sauce topped with cheese, fresh bell peppers, jalepenos, four or five slices of peperoni, and a few slices of tomatoe.

You could use a measuring cup with the dry rice and dry pasta before cooking to make sure it’s one serving.
