    ok i will agree with u about everthing about losing weight about the diet shit
    dont have it my girlfriends mum went to hospital over a gore bladder was damage from having to much diet stuff so the secret is to drink water thats all and like every 2 weeks have a sit down with your family and drink some cool drink have alittle bit of cooldrink just relax thats wat i did and i lost 150 pounds which is around 75 kg so just try not to eat diet stuff try to eat like full fat stuff and do more exisice

    dude the first few months of working out u will not lose much weight your body might just be addapting it takes time and sooner or later fat will drip off u like candle wacks

    First off diet soda may help you lose weight but its also is a cause of types of cancer! Sweet n Low contains a for of formaldehyde which in case you didn’t know is used to preserve bodies! And not just sweet n low but many other sugar replacements contain formaldehyde and BLEACH! If you want to lose weight dont go bulimic or anorexic because all the does is lower your metabolism and make you very very sick! DRINK WATER!! JUST EXERCISE AND EAT A HEALTHY DIET AND YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

    yeah!!! I used to weight 165 and I dropped to 132 just by playing Pump It Up (PIU) its much better than DDR, so yeah you don’t feel like you’re doing exercise, and its the best cardio you can get ever!!! in one hour burn 800 calories!!! and that includes breaks of 3 minutes during credits =D

    Well u think is not a big deal but trust me I have a 10 year old and she weight like 130 and it’s to much for her age and and hight so I think it’s perfect for her and she loves pop me too but I will let her get diet 2 or 1 pop per week and start the game I hope she lose weight me too cuz I’m not skinny I’m fat but I’m a popholic and I need less pop and more water soo thank you dude!’
