HOW TO SAVE A LIFE with DANG DELICIOUS FRUITS & VEGETABLES!

CLICK(more info)⬆ life-regenerator.com * http * SHOP.life-regenerator.com * HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!—RAW FOOD WEIGHT LOSS—RAW FOOD DIET …just another one of my FREE JUICING RECIPES for you! ~ ❤ Parsley—Celery—Carrot Juice❤ * I ngredients * — 1 bunch Parsley — 6-8 Carrots — 1 head Celery * P reparation * — 1) Run all ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http — 2) Add ice if desired, and enjoy! * I nspiration * — I encourage you to consume as many fruits & vegetables as possible! The USDA food pyramid only tells you to consume 5 servings or what not, but I would wither up and die from lack of life energy if I only ate 5 servings!! (side note: Krista looked up that they actually recommend 4.5 cups of fruits & veggies a day, which they have the nerve to say is 9 servings worth, as just a little 1/2 cup counts as a whole serving!) Sooooo….I would like to make a new recommendation! FIFTY SERVINGS OF FRUITS & VEGETABLES EVERY DAY! YES, 50! So in other words…25 cups of fruits & veggies a day! That will keep you & me being lean, mean vegetable-eating machines! Can…you…dig it? :D — Psst! If you’re having “trouble,” and your armpits do not smell good, get some parsley, juice it up, and get it into your body and start neutralizing those odors! Sound OK? — Carrots will make you strong, keep you grounded and give you lots of sustained energy! — Yes, it is true! This video was not made yesterday, and not even this week…can

hey Dude, just wondering, do we need to take ground flaxseed to get some nutrients like certain EFA’s? Its a seed so Im assuming Raw foodists would consume it…

Check the info section to the right of my “DETOX, TEA, FASTING—NUTS? The RAW FOOD DIET in the winter” vid posted 11/04/09. It answers your question exactly. :D

You mentioned that you have found 80-90 % of all nuts in stores are rancid. That’s gross and horrible…but my question to you then, since we’ve been eating mostly rancid nuts our entire lives, how do you know they are rancid? I’ve heard that you should store nuts in the freezer so the oils don’t go rancid…but I guess I never thought they could already be at that stage when I buy them. Thanks for your time!

It is much better to eat a carrot, parsley and celery and not juice them! The good stuff (fibers etc.) become pulp and the juice is just sugars.

I might try raw vegan diet when I leave university. But for now it’s the usual cerial and water that all college students eat xD.

Oh my gosh I LOVED the immigrant metaphor! Perfect! I want the skilled labor! And saying it like that, who wouldn’t!? I was just thinking, how many people would pay an arm and a leg to get the second set of workers for their car, house, etc…but when it comes to food it just doesn’t register! Your metaphor makes it very clear: every time you eat, you are making an individual choice to set either amazingly skilled labor or the opposite loose on your body: and it’s OUR CHOICE! :) Yay for Dan! :)

Dan, this may sound like a simple question, but what kind of water do you drink and where do you get it from?

Are they the raw types you can buy in health food stores? If yes, I would recommend them only if you have a high level of activity every day, as they are a very dense calorie-rich food.

…and if you mean store-bought granola bars then no, I do not recommend those as they are processed and contain lots of artificial ingredients.

buddy, you are quite the comedian.

  18. motoxbuddy

yer I get that all the time, usually on first sight.

  19. motoxbuddy

    which one?

Dan, I like the God talk. It is important to me that you are Christian. For me it adds to your credibility when you discuss the spiritual stuff. I realize this is a food channel and not a religious channel and I think you handle it just fine. You occasionally let us know where you are personally coming from without preaching. Well done, my friend.

I apologize if I offended you. I have to get over myself. My ego is out of control. I’m sorry I questioned His Holiness. Can you pass the Kool Aid and forgive me Simon Peter?

  22. ackack09

I can dig it! Keep up the good work.
