yes i gained 5 kg in dubai i was there a whole 2 monthes !!!!!
I really love these videos. For me though, worrying about your weight on a vacation is a bit of an overkill. I just wanna have fun when I go on vacation.
Yes I have
you get more stress than exercise from walking from room to restaurant. Instead of walking ,you could do yoga
How the hell does someone gain 2 pounds in a day????
I actually had like 5 delicious desserts over the Christmas break, but surprisingly didn’t gain weight. I still don’t know why.
YES!
This is great info and exactly what I needed as I’m going to Italy in a couple of weeks – That means pizza, pasta, and icecream, all of which can promote weight gain! Another way I’ve found to prepare for possible weight gain when I go abroad is to lose as much weight as possible before the leaving day. That way, I’ll just be gaining back what I lost and not putting on more. I’ve lost 3 and a half lbs which is the maximum I recommend anyone losing a week, and plan to continue on holiday.
A healthy mind in a healthy body!
JUST BE HAPPY and forget about all this weight-beauty scam. We must be smarter than that.
I usually do but last time I was super careful. I brought oat bran with me and made sure I supplemented most of my meals with it. I was also very stringent about portion sizes. I still came back bloated, but I definitely did not gain weight.
Vacation isnt usually a problem-however, the holidays…from October to January is tough for me. Its the type of food not usually served at meals for celebration and the cold weather makes me not want to get out and exercise.
the xmas holidayz i gain a bit lol
Thanks Natalie, Great video. You look fabulous!
holidays, yes.
but i try to exercise as i usually do and not indulge too much.
vacation, yes & no. there was one time i gained a few lbs., but i indulged a LOT and didnt exercise at all. it came off within a couple days (probably just water weight lol). on other vacations i’ve actually lose a few. go figure.
yup usually i do gain weight during holidays but i started eating healthy before the holidays so last christmas 08 i didn’t gain any weight actually i lost some:)
Every holiday easter and christmas i put on weight!!
i go away to cyprus every year and do honestley put on weight even though i swim no -stop its all the ice cream1
i wanna go on a cruise with a gym
i just keep my exercise scheduale while on vacation an my weight stays the same
I don’t gain or lose weight …not even around holidays…(Just want to eat food that helps me to be my best and feel better)
honestly natalie? I’m a fan but IT’S A FUCKING VACATION.
haha I lose wait and gain muscle also when i go on vacation.
This year I lost weight during my vacation and stayed about the same weight over Thanksgiving. I’m making it a point to continue this trend through Christmas. LAST year not so much. I can’t say that I remember, but I’d be willing to bet that I gained weight during the holidays, but I would have stayed the same or lost weight during my vacation.
yes generally 5-10 lbs… mexico in TWO WEEKS. hoping not to gain… mmmm nachos and salsa!
yes I did gain weight.
