How I lose weight: www.youtube.com Recap – Phase I June 18, 2008 – 178.4 lbs October 8, 2008 – 153.6 lbs Phase II Feb 21, 2009 – 158 lbs Feb 28, 2009 – 157.0 lbs Mar 7, 2009 – 154.4 lbs Mar 14, 2009 – 153.4 lbs Total loss to date: 25 lbs Yes, I gained weight between Phase I and Phase II (which were about 19 weeks apart) BUT I’m back at it and the journey continues

    congratz on ur weight loss :D im like 13 and 76 pounds and 5,4. im drinkin loads of water and going jogging once a week (cant do more because of school and so on) but sure about dieting any help???

    your body might have gotten used to the workouts you do, you might wanna change up routines or what you do to workout also

    remember muscle weighs more than fat…so if you’re workout all week and not losing a lot of weight, it’s because you growing muscle. get it girl!

    your gaining muscle. you should proberly change up what you eat, not cut stuff out.

    I think I have watched most of your 82 videos. I am also on a mission to be fit for life. You have really inspired me with your journey. I know from experience the path is not easy. I always remembered the difference between a published writer and an unpublished one. The published one keeps writing even when the little voice says you probably just should give up. The point is, never give up, never give in. I would love to join you in the challenge. Thanks for being my shero.

    YES PEPPERS! BELL PEPPERS THEY ARE SWEEEETTTT! Most Green Vegetables (Collard Greens) are sweet in taste; after juicing.

    Go to a local Health Food store/or Mall juice joint and taste it first.

    The only reason why I stopped, because it was time consuming and a lot of cleaning. However, as I think back my skin was at it’s beautiful best.

    Try it!!!

    I workout on the elliptical too. It takes about an hour to burn 600 cals (for me) on that lil sucker :o (
