I just woke up, had no make-up on & the cam close to my face… sooo… yeah, I know I look bleh in this video lol 84.7 kg 186.4 lbs I’m doing interval training (walking/jogging) for about an hour a day. I walk for about 5 minutes and then jog for 1 – 2 minutes. Eating 1200 calories, moderate carb, moderate (unsaturated) fat, fairly high protein (but not too high) Food blog: www.flickr.com

    I am doing the exact same thing as you hun.. and I weigh the same as you as well and I am 5′10″. I battle the same things with a wicked sweet tooth, but I go to the gym every day now, and am loosing the right way (like u). Dont be scared or discouraged because growing up I was a constant 175lbs then I had my kids and went up to over 200lbs then I had some huge crisis’s in my life and went down to 137lbs (I dont eat when Im upset). Slowly I have crept back up to 185. Now Im lossing the right way.

    You’re exactly right.. I eat about 2,300 calories a day, but I burn about 3,400 a day!
