If you are exercising continually carbs are good.

  2. BraveWomanCandy

There is enough naturally occurring sugar in good foods.

Is it healthy to cut out sugar completely? Can no sugar lead to diabetes?

    @newbutthunt

I have read it’s actually a parasite called candida in the body that craves sugars so if you take sugar you are feeding parasites and if you don’t eat it the parasites turn on their host. People need to just eat fat and protein.

OMG! How true! I’ve eating healthy for the past 4 weeks and my only pitfall is I can’t seem to beat the CRAVINGS FOR SUGAR! I keep slipping out to have ice cream, soda or ANYTHING sweet! Beginning right now, I’m gonna try to “deal with them” and not succumb to it!

  6. newbutthunt

i heard alcoholism is really an addiction to sugar.

You guys werent as lucky as me!! I stopped with the sodas and diet sodas cold turkey and am permanently off those things. I can look at one and I’m not even tempted to drink it. I might have a soda with real sugar every several weeks but I will flush it out with water. Recently I accidently ate a yogurt which had both aspartame and real sugar and I got the headache from hell, my body was no longer used to aspartame.

My name is Treach and I am a sugar addict. It’s been 2 months since I last used. I went through about 5 days of weird sweats and clammy hands, and then started to feel great!

He says in another video that it’s good to eat fruit for their nutrients, but to be aware of how much you’re getting, especially in regards to juice which has many fruits’ worth of sugar, so maybe just stick to the whole fruits themselves.

  13. MrMollypockets

  14. iamborghini1

  17. zeroelliott4146

Great video! I’m glad I’m off of refined sugar.

  18. aleterra

Personally I believe whole foods are OK. But sugar (sucrose) and white flour are highly processed foods. I don’t drink fruit juice, I have the whole fruit instead and that’s a big difference.

  19. aleterra

I got off sugar 6 months ago and I don’t have any more sugar cravings. BUT as soon as I try something with sugar… I need more. So I just stay away.

just cause its sugar doesnt mean its bad.. look at fruits and vegetables… lots of sugar in there.. but its natural.. now fruit juice (from concentrate thats been messed with), soda, sweetened tea, etc. have bad sugar.. not natural.. ive been working rly hard to eliminate that stuff… its tough but once you get past 3 months or so itll be smoothe sailin =)
