If you are exercising continually carbs are good.
There is enough naturally occurring sugar in good foods.
Is it healthy to cut out sugar completely? Can no sugar lead to diabetes?
@newbutthunt
I have read it’s actually a parasite called candida in the body that craves sugars so if you take sugar you are feeding parasites and if you don’t eat it the parasites turn on their host. People need to just eat fat and protein.
OMG! How true! I’ve eating healthy for the past 4 weeks and my only pitfall is I can’t seem to beat the CRAVINGS FOR SUGAR! I keep slipping out to have ice cream, soda or ANYTHING sweet! Beginning right now, I’m gonna try to “deal with them” and not succumb to it!
i heard alcoholism is really an addiction to sugar.
You guys werent as lucky as me!! I stopped with the sodas and diet sodas cold turkey and am permanently off those things. I can look at one and I’m not even tempted to drink it. I might have a soda with real sugar every several weeks but I will flush it out with water. Recently I accidently ate a yogurt which had both aspartame and real sugar and I got the headache from hell, my body was no longer used to aspartame.
OMFG dude you are awesome i am watching almost all your vids….and i always tell my friends I AM ADDICTED TO SUGUR…..although i am a US Marine and in better shape then most i have realized for years my addiction to sugar…and i am just now stopping as of about a week ago and im going nuts you are 100% right
NO WONDER
ive been craving chocolate so i ate it and i always end up feeling like shit and i knew it was the chocolate BUT IT TASTES SO GOOD
but i stopped, i hated the way i felt. i’ll stick to my fruits =]
My name is Treach and I am a sugar addict. It’s been 2 months since I last used. I went through about 5 days of weird sweats and clammy hands, and then started to feel great!
I want to eat healthier. But i love beer.
He says in another video that it’s good to eat fruit for their nutrients, but to be aware of how much you’re getting, especially in regards to juice which has many fruits’ worth of sugar, so maybe just stick to the whole fruits themselves.
seriously?if you are not just joking, can you tell me how much to drink and how often?thanks
if you want to stop eating suger…. i heard drinking your urine helps reduce the cravings….
thx – am trying so hard to get off sugar!
hmmm interesting guy i nice job dude
Great video! I’m glad I’m off of refined sugar.
Personally I believe whole foods are OK. But sugar (sucrose) and white flour are highly processed foods. I don’t drink fruit juice, I have the whole fruit instead and that’s a big difference.
I got off sugar 6 months ago and I don’t have any more sugar cravings. BUT as soon as I try something with sugar… I need more. So I just stay away.
OMG!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Including fruits. I have to eliminate fruits?
thanx
this guy is great!!
haha end of term at school, so we are gonna have a million parties in different classes. and i gotta cook something, so thats gonna be fun… maybe i should start the detox on the holidays, only 3 days till then?
